Mr., Essam Attia established an independent centre in his own office because of his qualifications as an authorized arbitrator in the Ein- Shams Arbitration Centre which is the only Official Arbitration Center registered one in Egypt and established according to the ministerial regulation number 231/ 1997.

We follow a negotiated, analysis and methodological way in our centre to guarantee our clients' win by a deeply study for each client status and analysis their financial and legal status to achieve a strong effective negotiation situation. The centre terminate many disputes and cases by arbitration according to the law number 27/ 1994 which guarantee settle the dispute in cases before anarbitrators faster than before courts.

Our office also, guarantees which treated as a normal judgment on one hand, and to permit the forced execution by the competent authorities.
